How much does our services cost?
Our fee is competitive. We charge a small percentage of the total amount a provider receives. Most providers prefer this method because if they don't get paid, we don't get paid.

How do we get the work from our providers?
We currently use Federal Express or the United Postal Service. Some clients fax us their day sheets and the Explanation of Benefits are send by either carrier mentioned. Some clients do prefer to e-fax or fax direct using our toll free number. All these services are complimentary to our providers.

What information do we need?
We need a superbill, charge ticket, or daily listing of the patients you saw and the diagnosis codes. On new patients we require a patient face sheet, which will contain all relevant information to process a claim. For DME suppliers we will obtain a copy of the CMN unless provided to us. Any forms that you do not have we can supply to you.

What is on the contract?
We limit our contracts to six months. It is important for us that our providers are happy with the services we provide and that we are happy with them. By limiting our contracts to six month it gives the provider an opportunity to see how well we are doing. We don't want to be in a contract with a provider who is not happy with outsourcing. All of our clients have stayed with us.

How does a provider get started?
You can call us at 800-221-0488. We will need paperwork to be filled out. Once we receive your superbills, etc. we can start billing within 24 hours. Medicare and Medicaid will take 30 days for the electronic approval; however, we will submit on paper until Medicare and Medicaid approve the provider. In some cases, depending on the practice we will fly to your office and set up a meeting. We invite you to contact us either by phone or e-mail us with any other questions you might have.
